Smoking is hereby prohibited in public parks, public squares, city owned cemeteries, within twenty-five feet (25') of bus stops, and within fifty feet (50') of mass gatherings.
2. Posting Of Signs: “No smoking” signs or the international “no smoking” symbol (consisting of a pictorial representation of a burning cigarette enclosed in a red circle with a red bar across it) shall be clearly and conspicuously posted in every public park and public square.
C. Penalty: A violation of this section is an infraction and, upon conviction, a person is subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1. Each violation shall be a separate offense. (Ord. 2017-04-002, 4-6-2017)
