§ 11.04.065. Drinking in public.
A. B. Pursuant to California Business and Professions Code Section 25620, no person shall be in possession of any bottle, can or other receptacle containing an alcoholic beverage which has been opened, or a seal broken, or the contents of which have been partially removed upon any public street, sidewalk, alley, park, playground, recreation area or other public place within the city where such premises have not been licensed... A violation of this section shall be an infraction.
