Sec. 7-291(A) then prohibits smoking in dining areas (including outdoor cafe seating on streets and sidewalks), public events like farmers' markets and festivals, recreational areas (parks, beaches, picnic areas, swimming pools, walking paths, skateboard parks, and playgrounds), service areas (ATM lines, bus stops, ticket lines), and inside any facility owned, leased, or controlled by the city.
