Sec. 10.5-6. - Prohibited activities. Violating section 10.5-6 is a misdemeanor under section 10.5-8 of the same chapter, punishable as provided in section 1-7(a) and (b) of chapter 1: a fine of up to fifty dollars or up to thirty days imprisonment, or a one hundred dollar civil penalty payable within seventy-two hours of citation. Each day of continued violation counts as a separate offense.
