(7)Operate or use any type of motor vehicle, motor assisted scooter or skateboard, including, but not limited to motorcycles, motorbikes and minibikes on any trail, sidewalk or park area not dedicated for such use. This section does not apply to the operation of vehicles used by the city or city contractors;(8)Hit golf balls except in areas designated for that purpose;(9)Dump or dispose of trash, garbage, brush or waste except that which is generated by park visitors;(10)Overnight camping;(11)Ride any animal except in areas designated for that purpose;(12)Walk or bring any animal into a park without a leash except in a designated leash-free area;(13)Fail to pick up and properly dispose of pet waste deposited by their pet;(14)Wade or swim in areas other than swimming pools or water playscapes except in areas designated for those purposes;(15)Ride or use bicycles or other wheeled vehicles in skate parks, or install, place or use obstacles or other modifications in skate parks;(16)Use of a metal detector or metal detecting device;(17)Lighting, building or maintaining fires except in designated grills, fire rings or approved BBQ grills.(b)Prohibited activities at the Mason Homestead:(1)Smoking, tobacco use or pets inside the house.(2)Use of nails, staple guns or tacks to hang decorations.(3)Fires and flame burning candles.
