(t)Skateboards, Roller Skates, and Scooters. No person shall use a skateboard, roller skates, or scooter in any County park without prior approval by the Park Administrator.(u)Insurance. The County may require as a condition of use of any park that insurance be provided which shall meet County requirements.(v)Smoking. The Park Administrator may designate "no smoking" at any County park.
