Barstow, Corrina Boulevard, Union Street and the Wisconsin State office building, skateboards and in-line skates are banned on every unpaved surface, on any area not designed or primarily intended for pedestrian or bicycle travel, and anywhere posted by official City signs; bicycle riding there is likewise restricted unless signs allow it. 075 lets riders use skateboards and in-line skates in City parks only within the specific areas the Park, Recreation and Forestry Board has designated for the activity, such as a skate park, and bars the activity on any other City-owned property carrying a no-skateboarding sign.
