Provided, however, it is not the purpose of this chapter to regulate any bona fide agricultural production, including, but not limited to, horticulture, citrus, dairy, livestock, poultry, forestry or vegetables pursuant to the "Right to Farm" Act (Chapter 823 Section 14, F.S.).
