Sec. 36-603(b)(15) sets maximum occupancy for any STR-1 or STR-2 room or the structure as a whole by the Arkansas Fire Prevention Code rather than a city-set headcount. Sec. 36-602(d) requires the responsible party to post that maximum occupancy figure, plus emergency contacts and an exit diagram, near the front door.
