2(A)(5)(e)(ii) of the Santa Fe Land Development Code sets a flat off-street parking floor for every short-term rental unit: one on-site space for a one-bedroom unit, and two on-site spaces for any unit with two or more bedrooms, no matter how many guests the occupancy cap under subsection (e)(viii) would otherwise allow.
