Sedona City Code §5.25.080 requires STRs to post house rules inside the unit covering maximum occupancy, parking limits, fireworks prohibition, noise rules, and trash management.
Posted rules must include the maximum allowed occupants, vehicle/parking limits including any off-street parking requirements, the fireworks prohibition, the city's noise rules (Ch. 8.25), trash management to comply with §8.05 and the wildlife-feeding ban (§6.15), and emergency contact information. The local emergency point of contact must respond within 1 hour to public safety calls and 24 hours to other complaints. Sedona's neighbor-notification rule under §5.25.060 also requires notice to surrounding owners when a new STR permit is issued.
Permit suspension or revocation for repeated posted-rule failures. Each missed response is a separate violation under §5.25.120.
