Operating a short-term rental in Dublin without an approved Conditional Use Permit, without a business license, or without remitting Transient Occupancy Tax is a code violation enforced by the City's Code Enforcement Division. Because the use is permitted only as a Bed and Breakfast Inn with a Planning Commission CUP, renting a residence for stays of 30 days or less without that discretionary approval is an unpermitted land use subject to abatement.
