Sec. 10-295 lists the application contents: owner name and address; the STR agent's 24-hour contact; deed proof of ownership; a sworn acknowledgment the owner received and reviewed the STR regulations; proof of insurance with an STR rider; the agent's certification of duties; and an HOA certification confirming covenants permit STRs. The permit and business license may not be transferred or assigned (Sec. 10-296(a)) and must be renewed annually on the business-license renewal deadline (Sec. 10-296(b)). Owners must also grant city personnel access to inspect the property.
