Section 129J.03(G) sets the annual fee for a short-term/vacation rental license at $50.00, payable as part of the application process laid out earlier in the same section. That application requires a written registration statement, a signed affidavit agreeing to abide by the chapter's rules, and the primary-residence showing under § 129J.03(C). Renewal under § 129J.03(F) is handled through the Village Clerk or a designee, but only if the previously issued license was not revoked or suspended and the rental received no citations from a village inspector or police officer during the prior calendar year; every renewal application must also satisfy the operating standards in § 129J.04.
