10(G)(8) applies to C-2, SC, and I-zoned properties along the Cerrillos Road highway corridor protection district, and it scales sign allowances by corridor zone rather than by a flat citywide number. A single business establishment on a legal lot of record may put up no more than three signs, none exceeding 50 square feet in zone one, 60 square feet in zone two, 70 square feet in zone three, or 80 square feet in zone four, with a combined 150-square-foot ceiling for all three. A lot with two business establishments may erect up to four signs under the same per-zone size caps and an 80-square-foot ceiling per establishment, while three or more establishments on one lot get one general-identification sign, capped at 90 to 150 square feet depending on zone, plus one wall sign per establishment sized to building or lease-space frontage.

Freestanding sign height is likewise zoned: 14 feet in zone one, 16 feet in zone two, 18 feet in zone three, and 20 feet in zone four, while wall-mounted signs cannot exceed 25 feet or the height of the wall they're mounted on, whichever is less. 5(B)(4)(a); roof-top, marquee, and perpendicular projecting signs are prohibited outright along the corridor; and only one freestanding sign per legal lot of record is allowed regardless of how many businesses occupy it. Signs that predated the corridor ordinance had five years from its effective date to come into compliance.
