41(C) restricts where garage sale advertising can go: notices for garage and yard sales may not be posted on city property, such as light poles, street signs, or utility poles. 41(A) and (B) cannot simply zip-tie signs to public infrastructure around the neighborhood; the posting has to stay off city-owned poles and signage. If a sign goes up on city property anyway, the ordinance gives the city direct authority to act: illegally placed signs may be removed and disposed of by the city, with no separate notice-and-cure period written into the text before that removal happens.
