Satellite Beach's sign code, Chapter 30, Article V, Division 1, allows only the sign types listed in Table 1 under § 30-504, and garage or yard sale signs are one of them. All signs, including garage sale signs, remain subject to the general rules in § 30-502, meaning they cannot be placed within 25 feet of a right-of-way intersection where they would obstruct sight lines, cannot go in an easement or public right-of-way, and must not create a traffic hazard.
