Larger message-bearing displays fall under the temporary sign table in 18.440.130: three stake signs per lot, 9 square feet total, 60 days. Section 18.440.020.H prohibits any sign in the public right-of-way. Amplified holiday music is limited by Chapter 7.08: 60 dB(A) daytime and 55 dB(A) from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. in residential areas, with amplified sound audible across a property line prohibited from midnight to 6 a.m.
