Section 7-5-225 of the Municipal Code (Chapter 7-5, Article 2) sets the mechanics of a small residential rooftop solar application in San Leandro. The City must post every required document on its publicly accessible website, and an applicant can file the permit application and documents either in person at the City's permit center or through electronic submittal; an electronic signature is accepted on every form in place of a wet signature.
