The two rules stack: a posted sign removes a property from solicitation entirely, while the hours provision governs every other address in the city that has not posted one.

A related provision, former Section 11-379, once regulated solicitation in the public right-of-way, but Ordinance No. 30-2023 (adopted August 8, 2023) repealed it outright, so that specific right-of-way rule no longer applies; only the posted-notice rule in Section 11-374(9) and the citywide hours in Section 11-380 remain in force for residential solicitation.
