Commercial door-to-door solicitors in Tulsa must apply for a Peddler and Solicitor Permit under TRO Title 28 Β§28-51 through the City Clerk's office. Permits are issued for 90 days and are non-transferable. Approved solicitors receive a city-issued photo ID badge that must be worn visibly while canvassing.
