The chief of police may revoke a permit for fraud or misrepresentation in the application or in conducting the activity, for violating any provision of Chapter 6.36, for conducting the business unlawfully or in a way that breaches the peace or menaces public health and safety, or for a felony or moral-turpitude misdemeanor conviction (§ 6.36.080). Soliciting on a parade route without a special vending permit issued by the chief of police or the parade sponsor is separately barred (§ 6.36.150).
