Broken Arrow, OK Special Events & Permits: Block Party Permits (2026)

Any interior neighborhood street may be used for special events such as block parties or similar local events upon obtaining a permit from the city manager or his designee. Such events shall follow standard guidelines determined by the city manager or his designee. Said guidelines shall be furnished to the applicant upon requesting use of the street for a special event. Special events on such interior neighborhood streets may not block the lane of the street which is adjacent to any available fire hydrants. All events shall encompass only the part of the interior neighborhood street measured from the point of termination of said street to a point not less than a distance of 100 feet from the first intersection.
