It shall be unlawful for a person to violate any rule or regulation upon establishment by the city council. A copy of the rules and regulations shall be filed with the city clerk.(b)The city council shall establish all rules and regulations pertaining to the use of High Point City Lake and Oak Hollow Lake and all city property adjacent thereto. Upon establishment it shall be unlawful for any person to use said lakes or adjacent city property not in accordance with the city lake management plan or as set forth in the rules and regulations concerning the use of city-operated lakes. A copy of the lake management plan shall be filed with the city clerk.
Sec. 7-1-3. - Fees for operation of municipal public parks and recreation areas. The city council shall establish fees for the use of any or all of the municipal public parks and recreation areas. Upon establishment by the city council it shall be unlawful for any person to commence using any municipal public parks and recreation areas before payment of the fees except where provided for otherwise in the rules and regulations. Changes in the fees shall become effective 10 days succeeding approval by the city council. A copy of the fees shall be filed with the city clerk.
