Full Breakdown
Section 15.1.4(b) of the Roswell Code of Ordinances requires a special event application's site plan to show the location of every vendor, game booth, stand, stage, and seating area, along with parking, restrooms, and any area where alcohol will be sold and how it will be barricaded. Under § 15.1.2, a street fair or festival permit is only available in the NX, CX, SH, CC, CH, PV, CIV, OR, OP, IX, IL, REC and historic-properties-overlay zoning districts (residential districts get limited, Mayor-and-Council-approved permits instead). Equipment, vendor stalls, and stages must be removed from the site once the event ends.
Violations & Fines
