2. 2 sets the fee schedule: $100 for a license to locate and construct a pool, $10 to alter an existing pool, and for the license or renewal to operate a pool, fees run from $10 for a nonprofit swim club up to $250 for a commercial pool or hotel/motel pool, with other swim clubs paying $150. 3 makes every operating license expire annually on April 30, with renewal applications and fees due before May 1 each year. 4 gives the Department of Health and Welfare authority to deny or suspend a pool license for failure to comply with the chapter or Code, though the affected person is entitled to a public hearing and a decision under the Code's procedures before that takes effect.

C. 1 requires a Certificate of Use and Occupancy before any newly built, altered or enlarged pool can be used, with the certificate subject to rescission if the pool is not properly operated.
