Section 280-100-10 gives the Zoning Enforcement Officer authority to review and act on Certificate of Zoning Compliance applications, and § 280-100-20 spells out what needs one: item one on that list is erection and/or construction of an accessory structure, expressly including garages, fences, decks, signs, pools and other accessory structures.
