Temple Terrace Code Chapter 62 requires residents to place rollout carts at the curb or alley pickup point with 3 feet of clearance from mailboxes, parked cars, trees, and utility poles to allow automated arm access. Carts cannot be stored in view from the street between pickups, typical FL suburban aesthetic standard requiring side-yard or rear-yard storage. Carts must be removed from the curb by the end of pickup day or by 7 AM the following morning. Damaged carts are replaced free by sanitation on request.
Carts left out past pickup day: $50 first violation. Carts visible from street between pickups: code enforcement notice, escalating to $100.
