7 sets out detailed conditions for large-item pickup separate from routine weekly collection. Service is restricted to one customer per call, and a customer may only place items from that customer's own household (subsection A). Containers, boxes and bundles, including yard trimmings, cannot exceed fifty pounds; tree limbs and other vegetative cuttings must be bundled no longer than four feet and also stay under fifty pounds (subsections B-C). Furniture such as couches, chairs, tables and mattresses may be set out, as may major appliances like refrigerators, stoves, washers and swamp coolers (subsections C, G).

Construction debris, rocks and broken tile must be contained or bundled and stay under the fifty-pound cap (subsection D), while broken glass, cactus and other sharp objects go in labeled cardboard boxes (subsection E) and a maximum of two passenger car tires may be collected per residence per call (subsection H). on the designated collection day and kept clear of overhanging trees, wires, vehicles, fences and mailboxes (subsections I, L). A customer canceling must give the city at least one working day's notice or face charges as if collection occurred (subsection J), and accounts delinquent more than thirty days lose eligibility for the service entirely (subsection K).
