1 SFCC 1987 as vegetative or green organic matter from landscaping, land maintenance, and land clearing (excluding dirt, rocks, asphalt, or concrete chips), does not get its own weekly cart in Santa Fe. 7(C), Conditions of Service for Large Item Pickup, requires that tree limbs and other vegetative cuttings be tied in bundles no longer than four feet and weighing no more than fifty pounds. Large item pickup is limited to one customer per call, and every bundle, box, or container set out under this service must be secured against spillage.

7(K), and anyone canceling a scheduled large-item pickup must give the city at least one working day's notice or be billed as though collection occurred. 1(H) separately bars residents from setting large tree limbs, mattresses, tires, or other bulky items at the curb, in containers, or in container enclosures for routine weekly refuse collection, meaning yard debris that does not meet the four-foot, fifty-pound bundling rule has to wait for a scheduled large-item pickup or go to a solid waste facility directly.
