A permit is required from the director of public facilities for the placement of a dumpster for the purpose set forth in subsection 3. above, in the public right-of-way. The director of health, or their designee, may take into account other information it deems relevant in determining whether a dumpster is improperly placed.iv.Nothing herein shall be construed to authorize any encroachment on streets, sidewalks or other parts of the public domain.v.Vermin and/or animal infestations.vi.In-ground or aboveground swimming pools with standing water and/or which are in a state of disrepair. "Building official" means the building official as defined in C.G.S. § 29-260, as amended from time to time.
"Capable individual" means a person who can be reasonably expected to perform maintenance of a building and/or yard work around a property or premises. This shall include any child older than sixteen (16) years of age who is not a disabled individual as defined herein.
"City" means the City of Bridgeport.
