Little Chute, WI Trash & Recycling: Dumpster Rules (2026)

Under the Village of Little Chute's landscaping and buffer ordinance, refuse disposal areas, trash collection dumpsters and trash pads on commercial and industrial properties must be located and oriented to be as inconspicuous as possible. They must be screened from every adjacent property, adjacent road right-of-way, and, in commercial developments, from on-site entrance drives and parking areas, using either a six-foot-high sight-tight fence or wall, or an evergreen screen approved by the plan commission. The requirement applies to new development and is triggered on existing sites when floor area or parking expands enough to require compliance with the chapter's landscaping standards.
