§ 96.04 DISCARDING OR STORING ITEMS ON PROPERTY OF ANOTHER OR ON PUBLIC PROPERTY. No person shall discard, store, place, leave or deposit any dilapidated or discarded item on the property of another or on any public property or right-of-way in Campbell County. ... § 10.99 GENERAL PENALTY. Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this code for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $100, imprisonment not exceeding 12 months, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
