B. Burning and dumping. It shall be unlawful for any person to burn, incinerate, bury, dump, or in any other manner dispose of solid waste or recyclable materials within city limits. C. Disposal of waste. It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, discard or deposit any solid waste or recyclable material in or upon any street, alley, sidewalk or vacant ground, or in or upon any canal, irrigation ditch, drainage ditch or other water source within city limits.
