Orange County Code Chapter 32 governs solid waste. Collection day varies by service area (zones A-F). Set-out time is 6 AM on collection day or after 6 PM prior evening. Carts must be removed from curb by end of collection day. Three franchise haulers service the unincorporated county: Waste Pro, FCC Environmental, and Waste Connections. Commercial customers contract separately.
