Carts must be placed at the curb on collection day, off the sidewalk, and at least four feet from all other objects. Violations of SRC Chapter 47 — including improper container use, chronic overflow, or failure to subscribe to service — may result in civil citations and penalties. Enforcement is by Public Works and Code Enforcement.
