It is unlawful to keep, maintain or possess upon the premises of any one dwelling unit or recreational vehicle space more than two dogs over the age of six months or two potbellied pigs as described in section 10-21-3 of this Code. For any combination of dogs or potbellied pigs in excess of the two allowed, a resident may apply for a kennel license and any conditional use permit required according to the City of Nampa, Idaho, Zoning Ordinance, for any permanent residence, but not for a recreation vehicle space.
