The keeping of an animal, including livestock, in such a manner as to endanger the public health by the accumulation of animal waste.

(2) To permit or allow an animal to defecate upon private or public property other than the property of the owner of said animal; and to fail to remove and dispose of in a sanitary manner any feces left by such animal.

(3) Property not kept free from carrion or other putrescible material.

(4) The keeping of bees in such a manner as to deny the lawful use of adjacent property or endanger the health and safety of others.

(5) To permit or allow an animal to have or be subjected to an infestation of ticks, fleas, or other internal or external parasites without having the animal treated by a licensed veterinarian or without following an appropriate and commercially available treatment regimen for the animal and area.

(6) To permit or allow an enclosure used to confine an animal to be infested with parasites at any time.

(7) The feeding of a feral or stray cat on any public property.

(8) The keeping of a dangerous dog or a dog which disturbs the peace by barking, yelping, howling, or making other loud noises to the annoyance or discomfort of any person. Continuous barking, yelping, howling, or making other loud noises for 15 consecutive minutes by such dog, whether confined inside a residence or building or confined to the outside area, shall be deemed to have disturbed the peace and to have caused the
