210 regulate Child Day Care Facilities and Large-Family Day Care Homes. 200(A) requires every child day care facility to comply with all applicable State of California use restrictions at all times, and subsection (B) ties hours of operation to the character of the surrounding area, set as a condition of any required conditional use permit. 140, Performance Standards.
