Section 8-17 lists the National Electrical Code among the technical codes 'designated as mandatory by the state building code council' that Pageland enforces within town limits, alongside the International Residential Code, International Building Code, International Plumbing Code, International Fuel Gas Code, International Mechanical Code, International Fire Prevention Code, International Energy Conservation Code and the International Property Maintenance Code.
