The following is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated in this code, except as expressly amended or superseded by the provisions of this chapter:
A. The 2025 California Administrative Code, Title 24, Part 1, Chapters 4 (Article 1 Essential Service Buildings and Article 3 Local Buildings), and 10 only.
B. The 2025 California Building Code, Title 24, Part 2, Volumes 1 and 2 of the California Code of Regulations, including the entire following Chapter: Volume 1 of 2, Chapter 1, Division I, Administration, and Division II, Scope and Administration, as further amended herein, Volume 2 of 2, Chapter 31 (Special Construction), including the following Appendices: Appendix I (Patio Covers) and Appendix Q (Emergency Housing). The following sections are hereby revised:
1. Volume 1 of 2, Section 101.1 Title. Insert The City of West Sacramento.
C. The 2025 California Residential Code, Title 24, Part 2.5 of the California Code of Regulations, including the following Appendices: Appendix BB (Tiny Houses), Appendix BF (Patio Covers), and Appendix CJ (Emergency Housing).
1. Section R103.1 Creation of agency. Insert The City of West Sacramento.
D. The 2025 California Electrical Code, Title 24, Part 3 of the California Code of Regulations.
E. The 2025 California Mechanical Code, Title 24, Part 4 of the California Code of Regulations.
F. The 2025 California Plumbing Code, Title 24, Part 5 of the California Code of Regulations.
