The International Plumbing Code, 2015 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "IPC" in this chapter, is hereby adopted by the City of Edmond as the governing law controlling all matters concerning the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of plumbing systems in the City of Edmond, as if fully set forth herein, except as to such provisions as are specifically amended or deleted in this chapter.
