The Idaho State Plumbing Code, adopted in 2017 pursuant to Idaho Code Title 54, Chapter 26, is hereby adopted as the official Plumbing Code of the City, except for those portions that are deleted, modified or amended by the provisions of this Chapter.

(B) Idaho State Plumbing Code on File: Three (3) copies of the Idaho State Plumbing Code adopted by this Chapter and duly certified by the Clerk, shall be retained by the City for use in and examination by the public. One (1) copy shall be filed in the Office of the Clerk and two (2) copies shall be filed in the Office of the Department of Community Development Services.
