The 2021 edition of the International Plumbing Code, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., as hereinafter amended, including appendices C, D, E, and F is hereby adopted as the plumbing code of the City of Lubbock, Texas. A copy of said plumbing code is attached hereto and incorporated herein as though set out herein in detail. References to the plumbing code in this chapter shall mean the 2021 edition of the International Plumbing Code.
