Table 86-7 sets the maximum structure height for every use permitted in the RMH Residential Manufactured Housing District. A single wide or double wide manufactured home, along with its accessory structures such as garages, carports and storage buildings, is capped at 18 feet, under the same table that sets a 10-foot front setback (20 feet for double wides over 20 feet in width), a 20-foot separation from other homes and a 10-foot rear setback for the home itself, and a 6-foot side setback and 3-foot rear setback for accessory structures.

Common facility service buildings and community buildings, the recreational, laundry, sanitary and storm shelter buildings serving a manufactured housing development, may reach 40 feet, the same maximum the county allows for an ordinary single-family house in the R-1 Transitional Residential District (Table 86-5) and the R-2 Urban Residential District (Table 86-6), where single and two-family dwellings are likewise capped at 40 feet. The lower 18-foot cap on individual homes reflects the district's manufactured-housing product, not a general county height ceiling; a stick-built house in A-1, A-2, A-R, R-1 or R-2 is governed by the 40-foot figure in those districts' own bulk tables, not this section.
