Article 6's accessory-use standards regulate what residents may run as a business from a dwelling. 2(E), 'Home occupations,' opens by requiring that any home business be 'incidental to the residential use of a dwelling' and not 'change the essential residential character of the dwelling', no exterior evidence of commercial use, no product display visible from outside, and all activity conducted entirely within the principal building or an accessory structure. Item 11 of that subsection addresses vehicle repair directly: 'Repair and service of any vehicles, any type of heavy machinery, or any type of engine, is prohibited.
