Summary

Every junk dealer shall obtain all licenses required of such junk dealer, and pay such fees for said licenses, as are set forth in Section 3-1-1-7 of this Title. ... Every vehicle used by a junk dealer in the conduct of his business shall bear thereon in legible characters, the name and address of the owner thereof. ... Any person who violates the provisions of this Article shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00), nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).
