A license shall not be transferred from one (1) location to another unless as prescribed by the state. A license shall be transferable from one (1) retailer to another upon a transfer of ownership, subject to the new owner submitting a new application for a license within thirty (30) days of such transfer to the Department of Revenue Services.
A license shall be displayed at all times and shall be exhibited to any person upon request. In the event of mutilation or destruction of such license, a duplicate copy, marked as such, shall be issued by the State of Connecticut, Department of Revenue Services upon application accompanied by a fee set by the state.
Licensed retailers, including those licensed to sell marijuana products, shall not be located within five hundred (500) feet of any kindergarten through twelfth grade school.
