The City of Alpharetta imposes a curfew on anyone 17 or younger from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday nights, and 11:59 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. after Friday and Saturday nights. Alpharetta Code of Ordinances §§ 30-34 and 30-35 make it unlawful for the minor, a parent or guardian, or an establishment operator to allow the minor in public unsupervised during those hours.
