In the City of Bloomington, City Code Section 31-901 closes Constitution Trail from one hour after sunset to one hour before sunrise, closes Friendship Park from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., and closes every other public park from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Entering or remaining on park property during closed hours is unlawful except for a short list of City-authorized exceptions.
